ArmRec is a platform for armwrestling: a registry of athletes, licences issued by federations and clubs, competition entries and results, and a training diary. These terms explain what we do, what we do not do, and what we expect from you. Operator: ArmRec, Ukraine. Contact: [email protected].
Who does what
Three different parties act here, and the difference matters when something goes wrong.

| Organization (federation, club) | Issues licences, verifies how your name is written, and is responsible for its own registry. |
| Organizer | Runs a competition and enters its start list and results through the competition engine. |
We do not issue licences and we do not decide results. A dispute about what a licence says goes to the organization that issued it. A dispute about a match goes to the organizer who ran the competition.
Your account
- You sign in with Google. One account belongs to one person.
- Your athlete number is issued once and stays yours. It is not reused, even after you delete your account.
- You may register yourself from the age of 13. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must confirm your account before you can apply for a licence or enter a competition.
- The details you provide must be true. Registering under someone else’s name, or using someone else’s documents, is grounds for suspending the account.
Licences
A licence is issued by an organization, not by us. We pass your application to it and show you the result. If the data on the document is wrong, ask that organization to correct it; you can send such a request from the licence page.
Competitions
An entry is a request, not an admission. The organizer decides who competes, in which category, and under which rules. Once a competition has started, entries are closed and results are recorded as they happened.
Training
The training module is a diary, not medical or coaching advice. Loads, weights and schedules are yours to choose, and you use them at your own risk.
Money
The service is currently free. Paid plans will be introduced separately, with advance notice and their own payment and refund terms. Until then, nothing here creates a payment obligation.
Your content
Photos, notes and training entries you add remain yours. We store and display them according to the privacy rules described in the Privacy Policy, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising. We show no advertising at all.
What is not allowed
- Impersonating another person or claiming a registry record that is not yours.
- Collecting registry data automatically, by scripts or scrapers.
- Attempting to reach data you were not given access to.
Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app or by writing to us. What is deleted and what remains is described on the Account deletion page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why.
Liability
The service is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions taken by federations, clubs or competition organizers, for the accuracy of data they enter, or for results of competitions they run. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you use the service as a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
Changes
When these terms change, we publish the new version with its effective date and record which version you accepted. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
